Diamond Eternity Bands

Sometimes, they are given as a promise ring. They are a symbol of everlasting love. A way to say, "I'll love you forever". These diamond eternity rings are a romantic gift that shows love.
Eternity Rings:

Types of Diamond Eternity Ring

There are 2 types of diamond eternity bands: prong set and channel set.
Shared Prong Diamond Eternity Bands
Prong set eternity diamond bands have the diamonds individially set around the ring. The ring will have a rounded edge around the ring rather than a straight edge. Rings like this have a bit more personality as they aren't straight. You also see much more of each brilliant diamond. There is less gold and more diamond in this type of eternity ring. However, there are a few drawbacks. Sometimes, the prongs aren't quite as secure as channel set ring. This means, if the prongs on every single diamond setting aren't exact - or if they wear down, you can loose a diamond. Workmanship is king on these rings as if not done well, the ring won't last. These types of rings should be checked regularly ro ensure all the prongs are secure. The second drawback is that the diamonds can catch on things. If you are really active, we recommend considering the channel set ring as the gold will somewhat protect the diamonds. That said, wearing and diamond jewelry during contact sports, gardening or swimming is not recommended.
Channel Set Diamond Eternity Bands
Channel set diamond eternity bands are the classic, smooth diamond rings that most people have seen. The diamonds are inset to a channel which protects them. Generally, this setting is considered more secure as the diamonds are held in with a channel. This of course assumes that the diamonds are securely set. There is no metal between the diamonds. The drawback to this ring is that you don't see the full diamonds as part of them is in the channel. The channel protects and holds the diamonds, but it also hides part of the diamonds too.

Famous Love Poem
"How do I love thee? Let me count the ways..." by Elizabeth Barrett Browning (1806-1861)
How do I love thee? Let me count the ways. I love thee to the depth and breadth and height My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight For the ends of Being and ideal Grace. I love thee to the level of everyday's Most quiet need, by sun and candle-light. I love thee freely, as men strive for Right; I love thee purely, as they turn from Praise. I love thee with a passion put to use In my old griefs, and with my childhood's faith. I love thee with a love I seemed to lose With my lost saints, --- I love thee with the breath, Smiles, tears, of all my life! --- and, if God choose, I shall but love thee better after death.
